Resolution of GUI interface changes

Hello,

Im new to ParaView and using it to visualize data calcuöated by Elmer FEM (simple magnetostatic problem). The output file from Elmer is a vtu. Loading by ParaVIEW is no problem, but changing the Coloring in the tab “Properties” resets the resoltion of ParaVIEW making it very uncomfortable to use. Next to the view the mouse pointer has an offset to buttons for example.

Intel bug.

Four solutions :

  • Use another GPU (eg: nvidia instead of intel)
  • Downgrade your intel driver before 26.20.100.6708
  • Upgrage your intel driver after 26.20.100.7528
  • use mesa instead : paraview-mesa paraview
