Save AMR to .csv

I have the same issue, i.e., when I try to save a volume data into a .csv file I do not get the x,y,z coordinates. However, when I try to save a slice in a .csv file everything is good. I get the velocities and the coordinates.

My original dataset is Overlapping AMR Dataset (Image (Uniform Rectilinear Grid) with blanking). I then use the Filter ‘Resample To Image’ such that all my data is in a single block.

When I try to save this Resample To Image data into a .csv file, I can choose which arrays to write and I also check the “Add Meta Data” box, which I understand should write the point coordinates. My Field Association is Point Data. However, this only writes the arrays I have selected and not the coordinates. The coordinates are not an available option when selecting which arrays to write.

Previously, I was able to save slices with the coordinates. The slice was taken from the Resample To Image data.

Please advise how to add the coordinates, i.e., [“Points:0”,“Points:1”,“Points:2”], when I save the whole volume of the Resample To Image data similar to when I save a slice.

I’m using ParaView 5.12.0

You should be able to fix that by using a Calculator and generating the coordinates as an actual vector.
