Segmentation Based on Volume Size

I am working on a project to visualize the vessel structure of a heart from tiff files of microCT data. We are trying to exclude the large ventricles from the visualization, but the segmentation process has been difficult. Is there a direct way to exclude data from the visualization based on volume size? Or another way to directly segment within paraview?

Amber, for image segmentation, I recommend 3D Slicer. It is built on the same VTK visualization base as ParaView, but it has tools specifically for segmentation.
