Spack related paraview issues

Where is the best place to create issues regarding paraview and spack? In the paraview gitlab? In the spack github?

I’d file in whichever side seems more “at fault” given the problem. If you’re wrong, it’s easy to file it in the right place and cross-reference.

File it on the spack GitHub. Add an @chuckatkins and @danlipsa as we are both maintainers of the package
