Specify domain rotation at each timestep for animation

I have a set of Ensight case files (or .cgns) from a CFX transient simulation of a multistage stator-rotor problem. I want to be able to create an animation in ParaView with the rotor rotating at each timestep by a specified angle. Since CFX only solves for the relative flow in a stationary domain (i.e., the rotor domain does not physically move in the solution), the resulting Ensight and cgns files at each time step display the rotor in the same physical location. I was wondering how I could rotate the rotor accordingly and save the animation. I am using ParaView 5.9.1. Thanks.
