I have a parallel vtu data consists of several vtu data, which represent the solution in several pieces of the whole computational domain. I try to give a 3D plot of the density on the 2D domain.
So I use the Cell Data to Point Data filter first, and then use the Wrap by Scalar filter, which gives the 3D plot above.
However, some split occurs at the boundaries of different pieces.
I want to have a smooth 3D plot without any split. Do you have any idea about it?
I have found the right way. Before applying the Cell Data to Point Data filter, I should apply Clean to Grid filter, which will eliminate the split.
