I am trying to set-up an animated camera movement in the visualization of transient CFD data and I could really use a button that would prevent all transient data from being updated.
Right now I have no way of tuning the camera path for I cannot preview the motion without loading subsequent data. However, the loading of subsequent data and the updating of representations takes Paraview multiple minutes per frame.
It would really help if I could just deactivate transient data from being updated and quickly preview the camera path through the frozen scene.
(The rendering of the video frames would then be done over night via unattended batch jobs.)
