I am doing my Post Grad from IIT Indore.
I have 6 VTK files of HI( neutral hydrogen) with redshift varying from 10-4. I want to show the transition of HI maps from 10 - 4.
I am able to do it for two redshifts, but when I add more files, say I am able to make an animation of transition from 10 to 9, but I can’t make an animation of transition from 10 to 8 or more. So can I get some help with this?.

I think you will have to be more specific on what you are doing for us to help.
If your 6 (7?) .vtk files are named using sequential digits (e.g. HI_0.vtk, HI_1.vtk, HI_2.vtk,…), then ParaView will automatically pick that up as a time series and allow you to animate them.

I am showing how the hydrogen density changes with the redshift. So I have 7 HI maps file. So I want to show the transition from redshift 10 to 4.
The file names are so- (HI_10_128_grid.vtk, HI_09_128_grid.vtk, … HI_04_128_grid.vtk.
But the ParaView is not automatically picking the files.
