visualize a csv file using streamline

i have a csv file and i want to visualize it in paraview using streamline, how can i do that.
i tried first using tabletostructuregrid, and then using calculator. but it failed and generate no imformation

I managed to open your data with both TableToStructuredGrid and TableToPoints but the vector seems incorrect:
