What can I do if Paraview cannot open a single vtu file larger than 2G

This VTU file can be loaded into Linux, but not Windows

The VTU file was generated from a in-house CFD solver based on the High Lift Workshop benchmark case. It contains 26M grid points and ~65M cells.
