Problem with gaps ("seams") in Contour plot for decomposed OpenFOAM results

I have created a 15 MB version of the results, but I keep getting errors after the upload indicator reaches 100%. Any advice? I have looked at

For small dataset ( < 20 mB), they can be shared directly here, on discourse, by clicking on the arrow button in the editor. For bigger dataset, please use google drive, wetransfer or any file sharing website. Do not forget to share all the data, not the metadata. For example, a .vtm or .pvd file would not be enough, all the associated dataset should be shared as well.
