What's New in ParaView 6.1 Webinar

ParaView 6.1 is scheduled for release on February 6, 2026. Kitware is hosting a webinar on February 18th, at 12:00pm ET that will give you a look at what’s new and why it matters for your visualization workflows.

The webinar will highlight key enhancements that will improve ParaView’s performance, flexibility, and integration with modern visualization and analysis pipelines.

In the webinar, ParaView experts will demonstrate:

  • Significantly improved plotting for composite datasets, including clearer exploration of complex, multi-block data.

  • New support for rectilinear grids in AMR datasets, expanding ParaView’s AMR visualization capabilities.

  • A simpler, more intuitive way to define vector arrays using the Calculator filter.

  • Enhancements to ParaView-driven visualization in CAVEs to improve immersive workflows.

  • New ANARI integration that enables multiple rendering backends for scientific visualization.

  • Machine learning integration via ONNX (Open Neural Network Exchange) for AI-enabled visualization workflows.
